Matt’s duties include leading the IT team within the H&S Dean’s Office, representing the interests of H&S while participating in projects and committees within the University and managing IT-related services contracts for the School. Matt helps identify technology trends and opportunities, setting tactical and strategic goals and planning for the implementation of IT initiatives in the School. Matt provides a communication conduit that bridges the gap between technology and other functions in the H&S Dean’s Office. Finally, Matt will responsibly manage and direct technology-related resources for the School to best meet the current and future needs of the H&S Dean’s Office and the School of H&S Departments and Programs.

Christine provides a broad range of IT-related assistance; including training, systems analysis, development of software testing procedures and change management to H&S departments in their use of existing and new information systems. Key information systems support, including process analysis, is provided for major applications including PeopleSoft HR, Student, and GFS, Oracle Financials, various web-based applications, and HandSOn (an application unique to H&S, providing workflow and process efficiency for administrative functions). Christine also provides support and consultation for a variety of smaller applications and web-enabled software.

Sean serves as Project Manager for HandSOn, organizing H&S and contracted team members, as well as related technology resources. In addition to HandSOn responsibilities, Sean serves as an H&S Dean’s Office liaison for IT-related business in the School of H&S, managing and/or participating in IT projects within the Dean’s Office IT team, providing technology consultation, solution design, specification, implementation and support for a variety of projects and other special initiatives across the School of H&S.

 

David Hart - Web Projects Manager & Technical Consultant

David provides project and vendor relationship management for special H&S Dean’s Office projects in the area of information technology. His focus is on managing, guiding and/or participating in website and web-enabled applications projects, and as the Dean’s Office engages with our departments and programs on special projects. Additional responsibilities include a wide range in information systems consultation and technical support activities within the Dean’s Office and across the School. David's key efforts are in the areas of departmental & Dean's Office websites, blogs, CMS applications, social-networking and related.

 

Donna Caruso Peterson - Business Systems Analyst

Donna serves as the IT Business Systems Analyst for HandSOn in the Dean’s Office. In this role she is the liaison between the technical team and business clients. Her primary duties are providing analysis and defining business system requirements and technical functional specifications; designing user interface specifications, workflow diagrams and process flows. Donna also plans, develops and executes system testing and is the lead system support contact.
